Reznor Heating Equipment

Reznor unit heaters are available in four models. Models F and B are standard efficiency gravity vented heaters whereas models FE and BE are high eiffficiency models.

Reznor Series 100 Venturion Model FE and BE gas firde unit heaters are designed for 80% thermal efficiency and wer developed to provide an annual fuel use improvment up to 25% when compared with gravity vented unit heaters. These units are suppplied with factory installed power vent motors. The difference between model FE and BE are as follows: The model FE units are provided with propellor fans whereas the model BE are equiped with blower type fans. Both series are provide with electronic spark ignition, 24 volt gas valve, fan controls and all safety controls. Units are AGA and CGA listed.

Heating the greenhouse is one of the largest incrememtal costs in operating a greenhouse structure. Even though both the FE and F units are thermally 80% efficient, the model FE is seasonally more efficient on fuel combusion.

AAE Series Boilers

• Compact, Durable and Energy Efficient Heat Exchanger
  • Unique double ass design utilizes multiple heat exchanger tube with spirally applied and continuosly welded fin. This greatly increaes the heating surface area, providing maximum heat transfer and fuel efficiency. This design also provides for quick heat pick-up, balanced flow and uniform temperature throughout the heat exchanger.

• MG Series Boilers

MG series hot water boilers are ideal for the small hobby growers or for those commercial growers that set up small area of the greenhouse for propogation areas. These small modular boilers can be ordered with factory installed ciculating pump, expansion tank, airout fitting, combination fill and shut off valve, automatic air vent and relay control transformer. They are small, compact and efficient. They come in five model sizes ranging from 50,000, 75,000, 100,000, 125,000 and 150,000 Input BTU's.

The information for input and output BTU's or MBH ( 1000 BTU's) on all equipment is based on Natural Gas Ratings at sea level. For use of propane derate listed capacities 12%. For high elevation inputs / outputs derate by 10% of SL listings.
