Pricing based on 11 feet under the gutter height and all standard features:

• Galvanized Construction, Allied Gatorshield
• Superior strength all welded reinforced arches at 6 feet on center
• Reinforced Cross Tie Trusses ( energy trusses ) spanning all intermediate columns.
• Column Posts 2 1/2" sq. 12 Ga. columns. ( 10', 11' and 12' available )
• Column Stubs and Post tops welded construction, slip fit.
• Gutters 7" deep, 11 Ga., poly fastener holes prepunched.
• Polysaver Ridge Purlin system prolongs poly life *
• Purlins fastened to inner arch reduce condensation drip.
• Wind braces 4 per corner, 2 sets per column row, gable end bracing.

  • Includes one row 1 1/2" square, 16 gauge galvalum ( 2 rows for 12', 14, and 16' under the gutter ), a row of wire lock for installation into the gutter, galvanized corner flashings 4" x 4", 14 gauge, wire lock for the ends, aluminum base plates c/w bult in wire lock, attachments, intermediate ground sleaves and of course the double layer of 6 mil, 4 year, UV clear poly.
    
    
• Framing and 8mm Twinwall Polycarbonate (PCSS )
  
  
  • Includes two rows 1 1/2" square, 16 gauge galvalum ( 3 rows for 14', and 16' under the gutter ), aluminum gutter saddle and rubber backer seal, full length 8 mm twinwall polycarbonate sheets, ( gutter height plus min. 6" ), aluminum H splice and all attachments.
    
    
• Framing and Corrugatedl Polycarbonate (PCS )
  
  
  • Includes two rows 1 1/2" square, 16 gauge galvalum ( 3 rows for 14', and 16' under the gutter ), aluminum gutter saddle and rubber backer seal, full length single wall corrugated polycarbonate sheets, ( gutter height plus min. 6" ), foam flue sealer and all attachments.

Gable End Packages

• Framing only:
  
  
  • Framing members of 1 1/2" sq. tubing, 16 gauge pre-galvanized. Tubing cut to length. Connection plates prepunched. Angle lugs prepunched. Magnetic drill attachment and self tapping screws.
    
    • Single door end includes one swing door frame, 4' X 8' door complete with hinges, latch and stop flashing. Doors clad in 8 mm twinwall polycarbonate.
      
    • Double door end includes two, 4' X 8' door and frames c/w hinges, latch and stop flashing. Doors clad in 8 mm twinwall polycarbonate.
      
      
• Double Poly Package:
  
  
  • Complete framing kit. Sufficient wire lock track with stainless steel insert wire for fastening to base member ( and door opening perimeter if applicable). Additional stainless steel insert wire for gable arch. 2 sheets clear, 6 mil, 4 year, UV stabilized greenhouse poly.
    
    
• PCSS Gablette/Double Poly Package:

  • Complete framing kit. Sufficient wire lock track with stainless steel insert wire for fastening to base member, columns and cross tie ( and door opening perimeter if applicable). 2 sheets clear, 6 mil, 4 year, UV stabilized greenhouse poly. Clear 8 mm twinwall polycarbonate (PCSS) panels to cover gablette area ( from cross tie to peak on gable arch). Aluminum H splice for joining PCSS panels.

     

    • Recommend structure's gable arches be fitted with rubber EDPM gable closure to seal top edge of panels.
      
      
• Corrugated Polycarbonate (PCS) Package:
  
  
  
  • Complete framing kit. Clear corrugated single wall polycarbonate panels ( PCS ) to cover entire gable end. ( Allowance is made for 4" burial into grade. Foam sealing ( flute rods ) and attachment hardware provided.
    
    
    • Recommend structure's gable arches be fitted with rubber EDPM gable closure to seal top edge of panels.
      
      
• Twinwall Polycarbonate (8 mm PCSS) Package:
  
  
  
  • Complete framing kit. Clear 8 mm twinwall polycarbonate panels ( PCSS ) to cover entire gable end. ( Allowance is made for 4" burial into grade ). Aluminum H splice for joining PCSS panels.
    
    
    • Recommend structure's gable arches be fitted with rubber EDPM gable closure to seal top edge of panels.
