  For those clients in warm areas that require little or no heating consider our single poly clad packages. Cladding is 10 mil reinforced poly ( for windy areas ) or 6 mil standard greenhouse film.

20 Foot wide Freestanding Packages

  This package provides the grower with a totally enclosed structure. The roof is clad in double 6 mil poly and the gable ends are provided with 8 mm twinwall polycarbonate cladding. One 4' X 8' mandoor is provided at one end. The dimensions are 20 feet wide X 24 feet long. This package also provides separate pricing for roof vent add on or fan and shutter cooling add on.

a 40X144FS/DP/DP/RV is the ordering/package sequence for a series FS ( freestanding unit ) with the dimensions 40' wide X 144' long. The roof cladding ( the first /DP/ ) represents double poly. The gable end cladding ( the second /DP/ represents double poly. And the /RV represents the venting which in this case is a roof vent.

The same greenhouse structure clad entirely in twinwall polycarbonate would be: 40X144FS/PCSS/PCSS/RV

Roofing selection choices:

• DP = double layer 6 mil, 4 year, UV stabilized poly.
• SP = single layer 10 mil, reinforced poly. Also available in single 6 mil non reinforced.
• PCSS = 8 mm twinwall polycarbonate
• PCS = corrugated polycarbonate.
  

• Gable end selection choices:
  • --- = none
  • FM = framing steel only
  • DP = double layer 6 mil, 4 year, UV stabilized poly.
  • SP = single layer 10 mil, reinforced poly. Also available in single 6 mil non reinforced.
  • PCSS = 8 mm twinwall polycarbonate
  • PCS = corrugated polycarbonate.

  • RU = up up sidewalls
