Expansion module for Model CCS-300 / CCS HH4 - 40CC HI CAPACITY PNEUMATIC INJECTOR KIT. Model CCS injector frame and manifold to allow expansion six head total. CCS HH40CC kits includes one 40 cc injector, one three way air valve, two check valves, fertilizer feed tube ( suction site tube ) and shut off valve for fertilizer solution line. Use this kit if you wish to add additional injector heads to your basic system. At 40 strokes per min. and at 40CC per stroke this injector is rated for 1600 cc injection per minute. CCS-5500 FLOW METER / CONTROLLER. The 5500 water flow meter is a programmable controller used to control Electronic or Pneumatic fertilizer injectors. This is a our standard controller for the above injector systems. The meter is programmable in liters or gallons. The analog and digital display shows water flow rate per minute and accumulated water flow. Program allows various pulse rates to control the injectors proportionally yo water flow. Conversion Kits

For those that currently have Anderson injectors and wish to update and or increase their injection capacity. Its simple just get rid of the water meter, replace with one of our CCS-5500 electronic flow meters and install our three way air valve kits. One air valve per injector head is required.

Why do this ??? Increased service life of injector heads and components, no more fixed meter cycles/pulse rates, decreased pressure drops, just to name a few.
