MICROCOOL INSTALLATIONS

High pressure fog cooling systems is a very effective form to cool and humdify the greenhouse.
Very easy to install, easy to operate and easy to maintain. It is far more effective than cooling pads.
The system that we supply is Microcool manufactured by Environmental Engineering Concepts. For futher information see in the news below.

"A picture is worth a 1000 words." The below photos are just a few of the systems that we have installed over the years.

 

The photo above shows a pump module E1.1. This module is rated for 1.1 GPM at 1000 PSI. The pump module is of high quality, packed full of features. Notice the water filters and free flow conditioner below the pump module. This particular system is controlled with a Fogmaster controller, which is located above the unit. Microcool systems are very easy to install. This system c/w fog cooling grid went in in a day. This particular installation was installed in 1994 and still works as good as new. The only down side is we have not been able to sell the customer any spare or replacement parts. Microcool the sign of quality.

 

 

The above system shows a model E3.1 with cowl off. We are just completing the installation. Notice above the pump module, you will see two boxes and valves. This particular unit is servicing two separate zones and the boxes and valves are called zone sectioning valves. Notice how clean and professional the installation looks. We were in and out in a day, five years ago. The system is still running and running. A compliment for quality products and installation.

The photo in the middle, just about forgot. This photo was taken during 1992 on a project that we supplied and installed the fog system. The Microcool models, at that time were MC660, the new model E were released the following year. Each pump module is rated for 660 nozzles ( 15 GPM) at 1000 PSI. The project was 74,000 sq. ft. in size. Our two man crew installed the entire system comprised of the fog cooling grid, distribution manifold piping, water piping, controls, pump module installation all in 5 days. Never been back since the installation.

Since 1990 we have installed 198,000 sq. feet of MicroCool High Pressure fog cooling systems and have supplied an additional 129,000 sq. feet of MicroCool Systems to our clients in Western Canada.
