Fertilizer Injection Systems.


Manufactured by Climate Control Systems ( CCS ). CCS offers a complete line of factory assembled fertilizer injector packages ranging from three injectors to twelve injectors in manifold sizes from 1" to 4", with various injector capacities and features, in standalone or fully computerized versions. Standalone models are equipped with state of the art, field proven electronic programmable flow sensors. Optional instrumentation packages include EC and pH inline metering and sensing. Every system is fully expandable to include additional injector heads, computerized PPM control and various metering/control packages.

CCS injector systems are built to withstand the severe operational environment that injection imposes. We have systems seven and eight years old, that still keep on going and going.

The Fertilizer Injection System above is a model HFM600 ( 6 fertilizer Heads ). Notice our units are provided as complete skid mount systems. Simply connect the stock tanks to the suction site tubes, connect water in and water out and a quick connect air line and your ready. This particular machine is equipped with 40 cc pump heads in bronze/brass configuration.

The machine above and to the right is a Harrow HFM1000 ( 10 injectors ). This units frame was built to accept the computer control package right at the unit. ( Generally most grower's locate the computer remotely such as in their office.) Notice that 10 suction site tubes c/w shut off valves are provided for each injector head. The site tubes are calibrated and provide accurate visual reference of injector performance. The injector heads on this unit a our 40 cc all stainless steel heads.

The unit above is a HFM700 unit ( 7 injector heads ). Again as with all Harrow units they arrive completely pre assembled on a stainless steel frame. This unit is equipped with 40cc stainless steel injector heads, suction site tubes, stainless steel mix tank, PVC pipe manifold and is equipped with inline EC and pH metering package. The sensors for the metering package are the yellow cylinders on top of manifold.
