Chemilizer Fertilizer Injectors

May, 2000

Chemilizer has been a leading supplier of chemical injectors for the past 20 years. Now the same technology and quality is avialable in the horticultural markets.

These injectors provide the most accurate application of fertilizers, insecticides, fungicided and wet solutions necessary for successful crops.

The design feature that sets Chemilizer apart from other water driven injectors is ..... they are of diaphram design .... not piston design. See below for comparison and advantages ......

EASY TO INSTALL

Attaches quickly to any size irrigation line.

EASY TO MAINTAIN

Simple diaphram design, no piston to wear out or replace.

No Harsh chemicals pass through the water motor.

TWO AFFORDABLE MODELS

12 gallon and 40+ gallon per minute units.

WHY Consider a Chemilizer for your application

1. Minimum Operating Standard - The HN-55 operates at a minimum water pressure of 2 PSI. Most piston type pumps require a water pressure of 5 to 7 PSI. *** This is important for gravity flow operations such as third world countries. The HN-55 ( 12 GPM model ) operates at a minimum water flow of 1 gallon per hour. Other injectors ( piston type pumps ) generally require 3 to 5 gallons water flow just to work. This low flow feature can be extremely useful for growers at both low flow and pressure applications.

2. External Mixing VS Internal Mixing. The HN-55 does not allow any chemical inside the water motor. All chemical is injected directly into your water line. This eliminates chemical attack on the moving motor parts, seals, O-rings. Piston type injectors use their water motor as a mixing chamber. The chemical goes inside of the motor, attacking moving parts, seals and O-rings. As memtioned in the first sentence we do not allow any chemical inside the motor.

3. Diaphragm Design VS Piston Design. - In areas with sandy soil, the sand is naturally present in the water. Sand or any gritty material with a piston type injector, will quickly scratch the piston and inner houseing of piston style injectors. This causes loss of accuracy and failure for the piston type injector. Furthermore ( and this is a biggy people ), with piston type injectors operate the injector dry and its toast time. Whereas, with our diaphram type design, hey, theres no problem.

4. Maintenance - Chemilizer Products are designed as a two part system.

Part One - Water Motor
Part Two - The Chemical Pump

The most common maintenance/repair done to the HN-55 is the chemical pump. This is simple to do and requires no tools. The chemical pump can be totally rebuilt in about three minutes, and cost only few dollars.

5. Injection Facts - it is the intnesion for all injectors to be accurate and effective. As your piston injector ages, it become inaccurate because of the inherited scrathes on the piston walls. These scrathes allow more water to travel through the unit, therefor ration less per water amount. Our HN-55 reacts just the opposite. As the unit gets older the motor parts actually seat themselves and increas the stroke of the unit. Therefor the unit with age becomes more accurate.

6. Two Year Warranty - Our warranty covers the water motor unconditionally for two years. It is not necessary to have a filter before our system to honor our warranty. All piston styles, have a one year manufacturers defect warranty. With these it is mamdatory to have a filter to honor their warranty.

Seems to use there simply is more plusses with our diaphragm Design

So

If you are in the market for a reliable injector,
why purchase a piston type when ours will save you
time and very much money.
