  • The gothic roof profile provides excellent condensate control features, strength.

Reinforced Arch Uprights? . These form our sidewalls. Unlike most freestanding structures that provide flimsy single cord members we provide a fabricated reinforced upright in several lengths. Why a reinforced upright .... well if you are in a windy location .... you will love this feature. And .... if in a snow belt area you will simply love the strength of our sidewalls.

Our standard 5' nominal ( actually 4'-11") standard reinforced arch upright. Comprised of 1 1/2" rouund top and bottom cord with welded stifteners. Very very stronge. The uprights simply slip over the ground sleaves with slip fitting and secured.

The optional 7 foot uprights are ideal for retail growers wishing to add full hiegth doors or entrances to the sidewall or where they wish to include a full length roll up sidewall and provide a clear free opening along the length of the structure.

The optional 10 foot high sidewalls are ideal for applications such as storage and implement buildings where tall equipment and machinery is stored. Generally used in conjunction with reinforced single poly cladding systems. Very simply cost effective storage buildings.

Ideal for the seasonal retail houses. Roll-up on one side or both. Sidewall packages are avialable with in two syles. The first style is with wire lock only as the vent header ( requiring the customer to supply a purlin ) or with our aluminum structural base c/w built in lock for the header. All rolls ups run the entire length of the structure and our standard roll-up allows you to roll the wall up a max. of 6'-6". The packages include the header, the roller pipe, the poy clips for the roller pipe, guide tube, shaft adaptor for manual hand gear crank and wind restraints. ( Yes wind restraints .... these are placed at 12 feet on center, are galvalum design that snap into our structural aluminum header and bolt onto our structural aluminum base and restrain the poly to the building when the vent is in operation.

  • Double poly roof vents ( double poly and single reinforced poly )

This option allows the entire length of the roof of the structure to be opened up for maximum natural ventilation. This option includes : arch pivots that are installed on every arch ( and it's connected to our reinforced arches that can stand quite a bit of load as compared to single bow type arches ), full length aluminum vent footer c/w built in EDPM/rubber bulb seal and buit in wire lock, aluminum slam rail c/w built in wire lock, wind bracing for end panel points, rubber EDPM flashing and wire lock for the end pivots, 1" shedule 40 galvanized full length pipe drive shafting, racks and bearers at 6 feet on center ( again located near our structural arches for excellent strength ), and 4 foot long dual toothed curved steel racks. .... • Note: If you review our double poly vent design you should note two exceptional features that most other greenhouse styles cannot offer. Strength and durabilty.

If you look at the vent pivot point ....... well its 8" ( 200 mm) away from the poly ...... no more torn poly at the pivot points.

And ..... look at the ridgidity of what our pivots are connected too...... It's our very stiff and strong reinforced arch sets. ...... Our vents aren't connected ( pardon the expression ) to wet noodles. ( That's what we call those single bow style structures.)

  • Single and double ridge vents ( recommended on hard clad houses PCSS and PCS cladding )

Available in 3 foot wide and 4 foot wide vents. These vents run the length of the structure.

The double or single ridge vents are most suited for those that wish to use hard cladding on their greenhouse structures and do wish to use natural ventilation for their primary means of cooling.

Hinging is industrial commercial grade hinges that are secure into the peak rows of purlin steel and the vent. A continuous length of EDPM flashing strip provides weather seal at the hing point. Vent ends are provided with EDPM rubber flashing seal that provided weather proof connection at the ends.
