This page make take some time to load up entirely so be patient. This contains current details and features on our 20 foot wide freestanding units. It has always been our firm belief to provide as much detail as possible for our clients when considering a greenhouse purchase. At lot of companies promise a lot of things ...... but show little. We believe a picture and detail sheets are worth a thousand words.

Page One
If you study page one you will find that all of our arches are reinforced / wielded web type design. This provides incredible strength. This type of arch design is far more stiff and rigid than the flimsy single bow / cross tie and strut type houses. On closer review you will note that our sidewalls which we call reinforced arch uprights are reinforced as well. This allows our structure to handle considerable sidewall snow loads.
Besides being able to carry high snow loads, our design provides a very stiff structure in high wind loads. Unlike single bow / strutted / cross tie type houses our structure show less movement in wind events. This means greater poly life and grower confidence.
Need to hang some equipment / overhead crop .... well go ahead.

None of that light weight cheesy 18 gauge stuff on our ends. Every endwall package also includes 1 1/2" gable end windbracing diagonals that take wind loads imposed on the gable ends back into the structure.
The gables can be clad in double poly, twinwall polycarbonate, metal cladding, corrugated polycarbonate etc.

Our vent system offers great features.
Our arch pivots are spaced at 6 feet on center and are attached to our incredibly stiff reinforced arch system .... not to some wet noodle single bow arch. So in wind events .... well our vents will handle the loads.Second ... Our arch pivot ... "a lot of our clients call shepherds hooks" .... are are just that. Our reinforced arch design allows the pivot point of our arch pivots to be located at the bottom cord of the arch far away from the poly. NO MORE HOLES AT THE PIVOT POINTS is the result. Again longer poly life.
Third ... Our standard vent package on the 20 foot freestanding units are: 1" galvanized schd. 40 drive shaft, racks/pinions and hangers at 6 feet on center ( along each reinforced arch set ). Rubber EDPM flashing seal along the length of the vent. Just to name a few. This all leads to a very strong wind restaint vent system.

Double poly vent systems are not for every one. They are an option. For those that wish to cool and ventilate their structures with fan and shutter cooling .... just ask.

Page EightDouble Poly Roof Vent
As indicated below, the double poly roof system allows you to open the roof along the length of the building. How high ??? Well four feet max. Couple that with a Vent Motor and controls such as a Ventstat, Ventmate, Growcom or Procom controller and you will have a true 8 stage vent system. Tons of power and flexibility. It puts you in the drivers seat.

Roll-UP Sidewalls - "Ideal for moderate climates or the seasonal grower"
Roll-up sidewalls are easily added to our structures on one side or both sides. Typically our rollup sidewall packages include a hand crank, 1 1/2" roller pipe, PVC poly clips that secure the poly to the roll pipe, a row of our aluminum base to act as a header, and if in wind exposed locations or as requested by the grower, windrestrains that are placed at 12 feet on center.
For those that wish to use insect screening ---- well simply install the insect screen --- secure in place with a few strips if wire lock before pulling the poly and instantly you have a screened opening when the roll-up is operated.
